ROBERT VAN DER KAMP

Robert van der Kamp has been fishing for more than thirty years. He uses the experience and knowledge he has gathered over the years in his work as fishing guide. Even though he likes to fish for carp in the summer months, pike and zander are his greatest passions. For the last fifteen years Robert has been using his boat to fish for predators. He uses every technique there is: trolling, vertical and diagonal jigging and dropshotting. Robert uses artificial lures as well as dead baits. He loves to fish a dead roach under a float for zander.

Robert mainly fishes in the north of the country, in the provinces Groningen and Friesland. He does this from his Sylvan Supersnapper. This boat is well equipped with all the electronics needed to fish as effective as possible. Clients can use the rods and lures on board and can expect coffee and tea, all included in the price of a day’s guided fishing. Custom packages can be arranged.

Home base: Groningen
Location: City of Groningen, Reitdiep, Damsterdiep, Eemskanaal. Other locations on request.
Boat: Fully equipped Sylvan Supersnapper with a 30hp Mercury outboard.
Techniques: Trolling, vertical and diagonal jigging, dropshotting, float-fishing with dead baits.
Tackle: Rods, spinning and casting reels available on board. Clients are welcome to bring their own gear.
Extra: Lunch and other requests can be catered for.
